We can certainly recommend Namur and Dinant with their narrow streets and lofty citadels ; not forgetting also Namur's pedestrian precincts which make shopping there so rewarding, and the forbidding rocks at Dinant. Not to be missed is the splendid valley of La Molignee with the fascinating Abbey of Maredsous.
And , of course, not far at all from our house you can enjoy a variety of walks and cycle rides along the banks of the Meuse and through the surrounding woods.
